Warranty Process

  1. You will need to return the item for quality inspection.

  2. Shipping costs will be covered by us (claim basis with receipt) if product found to be defective or caused by negligence from our side.

  3. Otherwise, Buyer will have to cover the initial returning shipping cost (no claim provided).

What Does This Warranty Cover?

As specified in each product section, each product has different warranty coverage. Products and parts replaced by warranty become the property of ExtensiveCloud and are not returned.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Lost of data

  • Items that have expired their warranty period

  • Free products

  • Repairs through 3rd parties

  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water)

  • Issue caused by user misconfiguration of Software or Hardware

  • Purchases from another seller

Not Liable for

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of products

  • Parcel Lost In Transit
